Applied Biochemist® Black Algaetrine Algaecide

Black Algaetrine is a powerful, fast-acting algaecide formulated specifically to eliminate stubborn black algae—one of the most resilient and unsightly forms of algae in pools. Infused with copper-based agents and deep-penetrating infiltrators, Black Algaetrine targets algae at its root, breaking down protective layers to kill existing growth and prevent future outbreaks.

Compatible with chlorine, bromine, and ozone systems, this specialized formula allows for swimming without wait time after application. Whether used as a spot treatment or part of a routine maintenance plan, Black Algaetrine is your go-to solution for aggressive algae control in all pool types.

How to Use:

1. Brush visible algae before application to loosen buildup.

2. Ensure pool pH is between 7.2–7.8 for best results.
