About Simplified Pools
Taking the friction out of pool ownership — one neighbor at a time.
Your neighbors in Argyle
Simplified Pools was founded by Jim and Larise Lynch — right here in Argyle. We started the company because we wanted to do something real in the community we live in: help our neighbors enjoy the backyards they worked hard for, and take as much of the headache out of pool ownership as we possibly can.
Owning a pool should mean more weekends with your family and fewer phone calls chasing parts, second-guessing chemistry, or wondering whether the tech is actually going to show up. We built Simplified Pools to be the company we'd want taking care of our own pool.
How we think about the work
A few things we're passionate about:
- Only products we'd use on our own pool. Our catalog is intentionally curated. We don't carry something unless we've run it, our techs stand behind it, or the manufacturer has earned our trust over time. Fewer choices, better choices — that's the bar.
- High standards for the service team. Every tech on our route is trained on the fundamentals, equipped with the same playbooks, and expected to treat every yard like a neighbor's yard — because most of them are.
- AI that makes us faster, not pushier. We've invested in advanced AI tools behind the scenes — for scheduling, water analysis, inventory, content, and customer support. The payoff goes to you: tighter routes, faster answers, fewer mistakes, and prices we can actually keep competitive.
What we want for your backyard
The honest goal is simple: fewer surprises, more swim time. A pool that's ready when your kids come home from school. Water that's balanced before you notice. A part in stock when the pump starts whining on a Friday night. Service you don't have to chase.
We're not trying to be the biggest pool company in DFW. We're trying to be the one your neighbor recommends because we actually took care of them.
Built on community
Most of our customers live within a short drive of our shop. A lot of them we know by name. If something on our route went sideways, we'd want to hear about it the same day — we're easier to reach than a franchise call center, and the person who answers the phone can actually fix it.
If you're new to pool ownership, overwhelmed by chemistry, or just tired of services that overpromise and underdeliver, call us. Even if you don't end up a customer, we'd rather help a neighbor than watch them get the runaround.
