PumpModel: W3SP3206VSP
Variable-speed pump, 2.7 THP, 115/230V with no conversion needed. Hayward: replaces most high-performance pumps up to 3 HP. Keypad with up to 8 timers; RS-485 to Hayward automation. Also sold as SP32950VSP, SP32950VSPX1 (with OmniX) and HL32950VSP (Omni).

Troubleshooting
Pump loses prime or has air in the basket
Possible Causes
- Worn or dry lid o-ring
- Air leak on the suction side (unions, drain plugs, valves)
- Low water level
How to Fix
Check the lid o-ring and seat it clean, tighten suction unions and drain plugs, and bring the water to mid-skimmer.
Water leaking between the motor and the pump
Possible Causes
- Worn mechanical shaft seal
How to Fix
Replace the shaft seal (SPX3200SA) before the leak rusts the motor bearings.
Display shows 'Check System'
Possible Causes
- Pump has stalled
- Drive overload
- DC voltage too high or too low
- Pump failed to start
How to Fix
Read the message and the event log. Cycle power. The factory password is 1234 (hold Speed 1 + Speed 4 while powering on to reset it).
